Altara is built on serving the underbanked and the otherwise financially excluded.<\/p>\n<p>Our debut service is \u201cbuy now, pay later\u201d where we allow formal &amp; informal sector workers, and SME owners purchase a variety of products and equipment for their homes and businesses but instead of paying for the products in full upfront, pay a small amount over time. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Altara Rent Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skillfully sell rental loans to all qualified customers in the list sent by the rental loan coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with interested customers by giving detailed information on processes, documentation, and loan limit.<\/li>\n<li>Timely interactions with FSA and VCR team to ensure seamless processes from start to finish.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to the applicant\u2019s questions and resolve any rental loan-related issues professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action for timely resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Send a daily and monthly report of all customer interactions and feedbacks to the rental loan coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Operate in compliance with all company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND in related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>At least one year of work experience in sales or telemarketing.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft office.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and face interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sales and upselling.<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to achieving performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Great at time management, multitasking, and prioritizations skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer relations and telephone etiquette.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with a team and as an individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nQualified and Interested candidate should send copy of their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.altaracredit@gmail.com\"><strong>hr.altaracredit@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st December, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Multiple application will be disqualified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Altara Credit Limited (\u201cAltara\u201d) is a Nigerian consumer and business services venture.
