We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Titles: Executive Investment Manager and Senior Funds Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT) and Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Company is a Global award winning Multisectorial Fund Management Organisation with the sole vision of taking over the business space in Nigeria, Africa and even beyond.<\/li>\n<li>We seek the services of result oriented and resilient fund and investment managers to drive the market expansion and capturing plan of the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drastically driving a mission to Increase and expand the investment portfolio of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring set targets are meet and exceeded<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the company&#8217;s existing brands and introducing new products to the market<\/li>\n<li>Ride on the already existing global brand and increase the clientele base of the organisation with HNIs<\/li>\n<li>Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company&#8217;s marketing goals<\/li>\n<li>Implementing new sales plans and advertising<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in Investment Banking, Fund &amp; Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Stock Marketing and in any Finance Sector<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Marketing may be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data analysis and report writing<\/li>\n<li>The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration and Incentive Packages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly Salary: N200,000.00 &#8211; N500,000.00<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Commission<\/li>\n<li>Benefits (HMO, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info.oxfordhomescapital@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info.oxfordhomescapital@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st January, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oxford Homes Capital International Limited, its a subsidary of The Capital Companion Limited which is a member company of Oxford Group International.
