We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Android Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Technology<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.<\/li>\n<li>This Android App Developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver across the entire app life cycle \u2013concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app and support.<\/li>\n<li>Work with senior developers on the work package effort estimation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop customized Mobile App.<\/li>\n<li>Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with another mobile app developer leading the other platform development.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products.<\/li>\n<li>Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.<\/li>\n<li>Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Standardize the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize performance for the apps Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Reverse engineer for debugging errors in code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS \/ MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject<\/li>\n<li>Proven software development experience and Android skills development<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in Android app development and<\/li>\n<li>Have published at least one original Android app in production<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Android SDK<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON<\/li>\n<li>Experience with third-party libraries and APIs<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of the full mobile develoment life cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sparkle.ng\/sparkle-jobs\/description\/121\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sparkle Nigeria is a bank and then more.
