You will also be responsible for researching on competitors&#8217; products and services, pricing, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prior work experience as a Sales and Marketing Expert or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should also be required for building good relationships with the existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to this, you should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in coordination with the entire team. We will love to meet you soon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and analyzing the sales proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients<\/li>\n<li>Developing full-proof marketing and sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Researching the competitors&#8217; products and services on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and supervising various marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing regular sales forecasting reports.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing the sales and marketing performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Creating brand awareness using social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Working in collaboration with the Media department.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving customers&#8217; complaints and issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing promotional events and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying ways to improve marketing and sales techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing various marketing trends and strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years of work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate, Sales and Marketing Executive, or a similar role in the Sales department.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of various marketing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding ability to communicate efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Good problem-solving and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and sales skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional decision-making and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/NSKbQTAUPNAs4uzCA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>13th January, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aitechma is one of the most trusted names in the IT space delivering technology innovation in Africa.
