Provides thorough product demonstrations to customers and ensures customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; phone calls or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.<\/li>\n<li>Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Close new deals at a high rate<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate new leads within the sales territory<\/li>\n<li>Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple accounts simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of all sales leads and\/or customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the company\u2019s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures contacts receive marketing literature; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews any questions or concerns with the Sales Manager; discusses any unique product configurations\/problems with Customer Service, Engineering, or Production as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Submits reports to Sales Manager; provides weekly activity\/call reports for assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 &#8211; 5 years&#8217; experience in a bathroom and sanitary ware industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales executives or a similar role in a bathroom and sanitary ware company.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of achieving allotted sales quota.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with CRM and other software.<\/li>\n<li>Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office Tools and Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th January, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited &#8211; Our client, a leading company in manufacturing and sales of crafted bathroom and sanitary wares, LED\/Solar Lighting solutions and other related accessories, is recruiting to fill&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[46,63],"tags":[2918],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Ascentech Services Limited Ongoing Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
