We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Recruitment Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Niger<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruitment Specialist will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate will be recruiting for a diverse group of employees across the farm and factory operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition through to the onboarding of candidates<\/li>\n<li>Headhunting for talent, targeting passive candidates<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advice on routes to explore &amp; providing labour market data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for arranging interviews and conducting competency-based interviews alongside recruiting managers as well as identifying and implementing screening assessments where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates worldwide via a variety of direct sourcing methods including advertising, LinkedIn, social media and headhunting.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for shortlisting summary and interview summary<\/li>\n<li>Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.<\/li>\n<li>To reduce agency recruitment spending by using direct sourcing methods to source candidates.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees and candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Report any identified risks to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 2 &#8211; 6 years of work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Communication.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work with people.<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:abuja@hrleverageafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>abuja@hrleverageafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12th January, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRLeverage delivers excellent spectrum of HR Business Solutions and strategic management support services through a customs built approach for organisations.
