We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Office Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for competent male Office Assistants with only OND qualification to assist in running daily Administrative Operations of the company- an IT Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with logistics planning and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Handle organizational and minor clerical support task<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Perform work-related errands as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Closing the office after work hours<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining supplies and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND qualification<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Average knowledge of big Generator and diesel management.<\/li>\n<li>Calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring Register Incoming and outgoing staff and visitors<\/li>\n<li>Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Perform other special project assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Lagos Island i.e Obalende, Ikoyi,Ajah, Lekki, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Terms of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Net monthly pay: N50,000<\/li>\n<li>HMO, leave allowance, pension part of the package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n31st January, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:avanthalogen18@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">avanthalogen18@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Office Assistant&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
