We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Community Liaison Officer &#8211; Niger Mills Calabar External \/ Internal<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Calabar, Cross River<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for developing and managing of company approved programs, such as designing and implementing training\/skill acquisition programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the programs include community demographics, socio-economic and mutual benefits for the community and company.<\/li>\n<li>Develop evaluation criteria and conduct periodic surveys to assess community needs and program efficacy across the host communities.<\/li>\n<li>Organize meetings with the host communities to share information and resolve issues of potential business disruption.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regular contacts with related Government offices in community matters, to establish an amicable relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend policy initiatives to management based on existing issues with the community for protection of the Organization\u2019s image and integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and lead negotiations with Community on welfare, projects and any other community social responsibility matters, as reflected in the signed agreement between the Community and the Company<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Security Manager to organize town hall meetings, disseminate information during crises, as well as any other vital information as required by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Requirement &#8211; HND \/ B.Sc in Social Science or Arts<\/li>\n<li>Added Advantage &#8211; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of five years cognate experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person Must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a good team player<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication, interpersonal &amp; reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent negotiation &amp; persuasion Skills, Leadership &amp; People Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>High sense of Discipline &amp; Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dragnetnigeria.com\/fmnplc2\/vacancy\/details\/5761\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has been a part of the lives of Nigerians at home and abroad.
