We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Workshop Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Owerri, Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates and directs the service department technicians for maximum efficiency and productivity while overseeing all service repair work to ensure the highest quality of customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Repairs must be performed in a professional and tradesman like manner in accordance with industry accepted good practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a high degree of product knowledge on all equipment bought\/sold and serviced by Autoland.<\/li>\n<li>Follow housekeeping, safety, and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive\u00a0environment.<\/li>\n<li>Discourage, in a friendly manner, any entry to work areas by customers to ensure the safety of all concerned.<\/li>\n<li>Follow and comply with all the Autoland\/Dealership\u2019s workplace health and safety procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain adherence to The Autoland\/dealership&#8217;s Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Report all customer complaints (internal and external) and conditions that are adverse to the\u00a0operational efficiency of the department or achievement of quality.<\/li>\n<li>Make suggestions for improvement as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Workplace Health and Safety Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cares for the health and safety of self and others.<\/li>\n<li>Follows workplace procedures and instructions to achieve good OHS practice.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains tools, equipment, and facilities to make sure of safe performance and good OHS practice.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and reports unsafe, unhealthy, or hazardous working conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Uses Continuous Improvement Requests to report OHS hazards and risks or to suggest improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Uses personal protective equipment as required.<\/li>\n<li>Does not engage in practical jokes that could harm the health or safety of another person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieving the Autoland\/Dealership Standards relevant to this position.<\/li>\n<li>Performance standards for this position are met when:<\/li>\n<li>Monthly customer labor sales objectives, established with management, are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Total customer satisfaction is achieved with all customers.<\/li>\n<li>All customer complaints and adverse customer survey returns are attended to immediately.<\/li>\n<li>All staff can read and understand information written on RO\u2019s (regulations outline).<\/li>\n<li>All internal procedures as directed by management are adhered to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Pamtech Autoland can offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friendly, welcoming environment with great career challenges and growth<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training and support<\/li>\n<li>Above award rate<\/li>\n<li>Great career advancement and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>A genuine commitment to the well-being and development of staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of Auto mechanics<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of workshop procedures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent diagnostic skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letter and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@pamtechgroup.com\"><strong>careers@pamtechgroup.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pamtech is passionately committed to delivering creative and innovative solutions with integrity through a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
