The Company was converted from a Private Limited Liability Company into a Public Limited Liability Company and the Company\u2019s name was subsequently changed to Food Concepts Plc. by a Special Resolution dated 10 May 2009. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Risk and Compliance Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ilupeju, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To design, implement and coordinate compliance activities across the business to assure compliance with the Company\u2019s policies and procedures, rules and regulations as well as statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Risk &amp; Quality Monitoring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure and monitor store compliance to Company policies, procedures and systems<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues<\/li>\n<li>Conduct OSC \u2013 Operations Standard Compliance on stores to ensure compliance to store standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure follow up on gaps identified Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and monitor the company\u2019s compliance with statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely filing of all statutory documents to respective government agencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Recommendations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify trends and issues from audit findings and formulate recommendations for improving compliance and addressing identified weaknesses\/gaps across all locations\/markets in which the company operates<\/li>\n<li>Report on company\u2019s compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), SEC, NAFDAC, Government Agencies, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the company\u2019s Quality Management system, ensuring full compliance with its guidelines and a consolidated uniform approach across the company<\/li>\n<li>Report variance and ensure proper follow up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years\u00a0experience in a similar role is required<\/li>\n<li>Membership of the ICAN, CITN, ACCA, CIS or any other related professional qualification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/career2.successfactors.eu\/sfcareer\/jobreqcareer?jobId=747&amp;company=foodconceptsP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>21st February, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Food Concepts Plc was incorporated on 6 December 1999 as Food Concepts &amp; Entertainment Limited and commenced operations in 2000.
