We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Direct Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to employ self-motivated and passionate direct sales executives to introduce our company\u2019s products and services to potential clients, generate leads, close sales and exceed financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>The direct sales executives\u2019 responsibilities include researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, providing feedback for product improvement and creating and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To sell financial products and services across the group;<\/li>\n<li>Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial services sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>To render weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports<\/li>\n<li>Canvassing financial services product and service offerings to potential clients, generating leads and converting them to actual clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting management in identifying client\u2019s financial needs, to develop suitable financial products to meet the needs.<\/li>\n<li>Securing appointments to present company\u2019s financial products and services to HNI\u2019s, UHNI\u2019s and Corporations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring end to end processing of clients request within turnaround time while satisfying client\u2019s expectations<\/li>\n<li>Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing financial sales presentation and proposal for potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out enhanced due diligence on potential and actual clients, so as to ensure that the company is not exposed Direct Sales Executive (DSE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 2nd class lower in any field of study or HND lower Credit.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing, business administration or related field is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Not older than 30 years.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate financial sales ability, coupled with integrity.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to retain, process and act on important information.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>Monthly Salary of N50,000 and commission based.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:omomah@capitalbancorpgroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">omomah@capitalbancorpgroup.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th February, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Motivation: Successful candidates have an equal opportunity to reach the peak of the organogram, also, to get a refund of tuition fees for the CIS Diploma Certificate if they pass within 15 months of joining the company.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Capital Bancorp Plc.
