We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: State Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Edo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.<\/li>\n<li>Establish the company\u2019s goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and train new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Assess overall company performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND \/ B.Sc in any field of study.<\/li>\n<li>Must be based within the State and know the terrain very well<\/li>\n<li>Must have 1 &#8211; 3 years experience holding a managerial role.<\/li>\n<li>Must have worked in the Solar Industry for more than 2 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@beebeejump.com\">hr@beebeejump.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:oluwa@beebeejump.com\">oluwa@beebeejump.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;State Manager and the State to be covered&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>21st February, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beebeejump is a Renewable Energy company specialized in providing efficient and affordable electricity at different scale .
