We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Sector:<\/strong> Financial Service<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Customer Service Officer, you will be tasked with implementing, supporting and managing all member accounts and query activities as well as collaborating with other departments to contribute to the overall success of the Organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in on member onboarding journey to identify blockages to approve the member.<\/li>\n<li>Approach issue members face with a perception of eliminating such issues in the corresponding channel (Call, Chat).
