Control, working across both our engineering and service teams.<\/li>\n<li>The role will be based in Angola but with travel and site work potentially taking up a large part of the role.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of Process Automation and Control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role<\/strong><br \/>\nMagic happens when you bring great people together!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work within projects to design, develop and test high-quality DCS and Triconex programs and interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Support ongoing and new projects and site work.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site surveys providing clear and concise reporting and updating of all installed bases.<\/li>\n<li>Support and eventually lead site installations for remote executed projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support the ongoing growth of Projects and Services within Angola by proactively supporting sales where appropriate, acting as the delivery focal point and being able to present delivery capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide remote support for FPSO opportunities executed in Nigeria as part of the project team to increase industry learning and sustain utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Active member of the \u201c24-hour telephone support\u201d team covering Angola and eventually supporting multiple countries.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and review requirements to develop efficient and effective solutions together with multi-disciplinary team members.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze risks, solve problems, decompose bottlenecks, and generate recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external customer queries for Industry Business.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support and consult with customers to provide sound solutions and professional advice in Industry Business.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong professional relationships with team members to create a collaborative, supportive environment to achieve optimal team performance and establish positive team morale.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong professional relationships with customers (internal and external) to provide premium service to ensure customer satisfaction and Schneider Electric Brand reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with stakeholders (internal and external).<\/li>\n<li>Listening and understanding constraints and turning them into improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehend and understand the Schneider Electric Industry products in order to execute projects and to support internal &amp; external customers in the following areas:\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering tasks and processes<\/li>\n<li>Product Licenses<\/li>\n<li>Product and application upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Product and application support<\/li>\n<li>Sales support<\/li>\n<li>Industry solutions<\/li>\n<li>Grasp and understand enterprise solutions<\/li>\n<li>Focused on application and product improvement<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with product improvement and technology offers<\/li>\n<li>Consult clients on improvement initiatives and be value-driven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are looking for engineers who strive to build a career in Process Automation &amp; Control and have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation \/ Controls or other Computer Science related degree.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in the Engineering Field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven technical ability and experience on PLC\/and or DCS\/or SCADA.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Focused to offer solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Offshore O&amp;G experience<\/li>\n<li>TuV certification or other safety qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Foxboro\/Triconex\/Modicon experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in software and hardware design for PLC\/and or DCS systems.<\/li>\n<li>Must be open to travel, potentially across East and West Africa and offshore work as and when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keen interest in computer systems and programming.<\/li>\n<li>Has a passion for innovation and creativity?<\/li>\n<li>Excellent and effective communication skills in both English and Portuguese.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player able to both influence and collaborate.<\/li>\n<li>Open and supportive personality with a genuine inquisitive nature.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work both nationally and internationally as and when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Customer First \u2013 always willing to put customers and others first.<\/li>\n<li>Embrace Different \u2013 comfortable dealing with different cultures and embracing change.<\/li>\n<li>Dare to Disrupt \u2013 not afraid to do things differently and challenge the status quo.<\/li>\n<li>Learn Every Day \u2013 eagerness to learn new skills (fast).<\/li>\n<li>Act like Owners \u2013 take ownership of tasks and not rely on others to drive you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer in this specific role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buddy\/mentor &#8211;
