\n\u20225-8 years Telecoms work experience (GSM).
\n\u2022Knowledge of Telecoms products such as voice, VAS, data, fixed line and connectivity.
\n\u2022Experience as a systems or business analyst, especially in convergence billing, requirements definition, workflow documentation, data analysis, conversion preparation, user testing and roll-out support.
\n\u2022Knowledge of Intelligent Network platform (prepaid management systems).
\n\u2022Expertise in working in a dynamic and complex environment and being involved throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure successful delivery.
\n\u2022Convergent billing experience.
\n\u2022Experience in Telco Charging, Billing and Balance management.
\n\u2022End-to-End process experience.
\n\u2022Knowledge of business processes for “Concept to Market”, “Lead to Cash” and “Trouble to Repair” cycles in Telecoms.
\n\u2022Proficiency in IT Business Analyst requirements gathering
\n\u2022Planning and running requirements workshop
\n\u2022Strong documentation skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Certification in BA is a plus.
\n\u2022PMI\/PMP Certification is a plus<\/p>\n
