We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a responsible Front desk manager who will be in charge of coordinating theoffice.<\/li>\n<li>Your duties will also include coordination of all front desk activities.<\/li>\n<li>You should possess a pleasant personality together with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. You should also be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens\u066b forms and informative leaflets<\/li>\n<li>Organize and ensure everyone gets in on time.<\/li>\n<li>Make bookings for Lagos clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff comes in on time<\/li>\n<li>Apply sanctions to defaulting employees<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring timely and accurate customer service<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel including receptionists\u066b security guards and call center agents<\/li>\n<li>Training and supporting office staff<\/li>\n<li>Handling complaints and specific customers requests<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies<\/li>\n<li>Managing mail distribution<\/li>\n<li>Organizing office budget<\/li>\n<li>Managing records of office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the compliance with the company\u2019s policies and security requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years&#8217; experience of working on a Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager position<\/li>\n<li>Profound experience in customer service\u066b office management and basic bookkeeping procedures<\/li>\n<li>Good practical knowledge of MS Office\u066b particularly Excel and Word\u066b and proficiency in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational\u066b multitasking and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration: <\/strong>N60,000 &#8211; N70,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:applications@tempkers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applications@tempkers.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th February, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tempkers Limited is a Human Resource Company with a focus to help CEOs and Executives build a profitable business by recruiting and retaining valuable Staff.
