We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant (Business Development)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works closely and effectively with the VP Operations to keep abreast of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting research and developing presentation for the VP Operations on various areas as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Providing \u00a0general administrative assistance and preparing communications on behalf of the VP Operations<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners<\/li>\n<li>Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collate daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as well as requesting for reimbursements when required.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and scheduling meetings<\/li>\n<li>Act as an office manager by performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.<\/li>\n<li>Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Making travel arrangements for the VP Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in any related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years working experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Virtual meetings proficiency (Teams, Zoom, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to act without guidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@bluechipmedicals.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@bluechipmedicals.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th February, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The candidate\u00a0must be ready to resume work immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bluechip Medicals Limited Is a leading distributor of medical equipment, supplies, and services for health care organizations and home healthcare clients across Nigeria and West Africa.
