We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Resource Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Obanikoro, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely hire of quality candidates<\/li>\n<li>Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, screening of applications, scheduling interviews, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and requesting managers\/departments) including the recruitment administration<\/li>\n<li>Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)<\/li>\n<li>Develop a steady pool of quality internal and external talents<\/li>\n<li>Explore new recruitment channels and give recommendations to Recruitment Manager<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of weekly manpower report and quarterly recruitment plan<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the conduct of orientation and induction for new hires<\/li>\n<li>Prompt setting of new hires on the attendance system and provision of all appropriate work tools upon resumption.<\/li>\n<li>Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.<\/li>\n<li>Get involved in both HR department and Company \u2013wide innovative initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<li>0 years\u2019 working experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven skills in database management and record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Obanikoro, Shomolu,Gbagada, Fadeyi, Palmgroove, and its axis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:lizzy.bika@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>lizzy.bika@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadlines: <\/b>30th March, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
