\/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Senior Level<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Human Resource<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Head, People Engagement<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The occupant of this role shall be responsible to drive the end-to-end improvement and implementation of the performance management system (PMS) for the entire staff of the business.<\/li>\n<li>The job holder shall work hand-in-hand with the head of People Engagement to carryout annual and other periodic performance management related activities like KPI contemplation, creation of performance agreement forms, monitoring, appraisal, reporting etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expected Key Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor performance<\/li>\n<li>Measure performance against company\u2019s defined competences.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Software Management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge transfer<\/li>\n<li>Workforce Development<\/li>\n<li>Productivity Measurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills &amp; Qualifications Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources, Social Scienceand other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Best practices relating to employee performance management<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and statutes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and knowledge in Data Analytics and KPI development<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Fair knowledge of the workings of balanced scorecard model<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency level in the usage of Microsoft Office Suites eg, Excel, PowerPoint &amp; Word<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of human resources management principles, practices, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of principles and practices of workforce planning, succession planning and strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicating, both orally and written.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and use of work simplification methods and statistical procedures including software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Focus<\/li>\n<li>Tech
