We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facilities &amp; Admin Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Human Resources<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an efficient Facilities &amp; Admin personnel to coordinate all administrative &amp; asset maintenance for our offices in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will be responsible for asset procurement, scouting for potential office locations &amp; ensuring all our facilities are in good conditions, up to code, and fully operational.<\/li>\n<li>The Facilities &amp; Admin Coordinator will also be responsible for managing contractors and working with third party vendors.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will visit our offices across Nigeria frequently, identify snags and provide solutions; as well as follow up on contractors \/ vendor to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office procurement and ensure documented monthly reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor contracts<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate site safety programs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe work environment for all employees<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all processes and compliance programs are met<\/li>\n<li>Manage facilities planning and space allocation across all Mano offices in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cost estimates for moves and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate compliance with maintenance checklist<\/li>\n<li>Frequent visit to Mano locations to ensure adherence to maintenance standard<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise Mano buildings\u2019 security and maintenance services<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervising all facilities personnel<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all maintenance issues and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate payment of utility bills and other statutory obligations<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external contractors (LAWMA, PHCN, Water Corporation, etc.) in the provision of utility services and prompt payment of services provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in facilities management, business management or related field preferred.
