We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Support Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Manufacturing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications<\/li>\n<li>Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software<\/li>\n<li>Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network<\/li>\n<li>Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications<\/li>\n<li>Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining inventories of hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss<\/li>\n<li>Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.<\/li>\n<li>Support Active directory issue<\/li>\n<li>VMware support<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Installing &amp; configuring printers ,Scanners and other IT equipments<\/li>\n<li>Surveillance camera Maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma \/ Degree in IT<\/li>\n<li>Exposure of 4 to 6 years in IT Support<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>5th April, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
