We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose Statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for passionate, smart, hardworking, self-starting, goal-setting and result-driven sales talents to join our Business Development.<\/li>\n<li>As a Merchant Account Manager, you will contribute to growing our business by acquiring and onboarding new merchants on our BNPL (Buy now pay later) platform.<\/li>\n<li>Have what it takes? Bring it On!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase the number of active Merchants: Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding etc<\/li>\n<li>Market research on B2C businesses that fit the set target audience<\/li>\n<li>Proactively generate leads, manage acquisition pipeline and onboarding to achieve goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze, forecast, plan and execute acquisition strategies on the target market.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain profitable professional relationships with merchants.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with relevant teams to maintain great service to merchants and optimize relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Report &amp; present results regularly to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration \/ Management or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant training &amp; certifications.<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years experience in a similar role (consultant or BD role is SaaS is an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Preferred Requirements:<\/li>\n<li>Passion for sales, self-starter with Can-do attitude and result-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated, good sense for business and service with a customer-centric mindset<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in sales in the financial services industry.
