Our client, a law firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Organization including managing an extremely active administrative structure of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Composing and preparing correspondence; monitors and responds to emails; researches required information or background on organizations and individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Sets up meeting files, scheduling, and calendaring meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare travel arrangements, expense reports, and all items needed to ensure the performance of all departments.<\/li>\n<li>Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Managing Director, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good University Degree<\/li>\n<li>A graduate of Law will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Law firm.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Diversity in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>A good deal of common sense, etiquette, and an ability to think on one\u2019s feet<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Bright, confident personality and must be Well presented<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work unsupervised<\/li>\n<li>A versatile and highly-organized candidate<\/li>\n<li>Ideal candidate must have worked in a law firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N120,000 &#8211;
