We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Training Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create training schedules for all institute training programs, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training across various programs and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and evaluate information from alumni and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Attend seminars and training of trainers to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Market the academy\u2019s training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.<\/li>\n<li>Inform participants on scheduled training and track their progress.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and monitor training effectiveness; make recommendations for changes to the training curriculum to the Director of Training and update accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and funding agency requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in annual inspections or licensing<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring all training resources, materials and equipment are available and in working condition.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the academy\u2019s relationship and communicate with stakeholders and training partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support branch staff with administrative support, including organization and maintenance of project folders, uploads of pictures, completion of finished folders and work processes<\/li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Diploma in Science, Engineering or relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>0 &#8211; 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer-literate<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about learning management system and e-learning platforms is a good advantage<\/li>\n<li>Vocational or technical school training on solar PV systems is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of renewable energy and solar technology<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with productivity tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Strong math and critical reasoning skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all department across the company and other internal and external contacts<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing technical environment<\/li>\n<li>Professional and personal credibility<\/li>\n<li>A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and is results oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Must operate within division policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to communicate in English Language (speak, hear and write) effectively to various intellectual levels.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data.<\/li>\n<li>Travel to different cities and towns across Nigeria to perform duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer service skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdwpgWZ9oQ31Gt4Rfo41no8xWUWY0RRxJdTRkQeykZJOYlJWg\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>18th March, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ashdam Solar Company Limited is a dynamic renewable energy company in Nigeria, providing clean, affordable and uninterrupted smart energy solutions.
