Upon graduation, Jaebee Furniture\u2019s founder, Joy started working with her mom officially. Because they made furniture, their home always had beautiful furniture and was the object of admiration for many of her classmates. When they persuaded their parents to come and buy, the price was unaffordable for many.<\/p>\n<p>She realized that the furniture they created in her mother\u2019s establishment were out of the reach of everyday people. And she wanted to provide beautiful furniture that is both functional and beautiful to the general public at an affordable price. So she resigned and with a first degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production option) and a second degree in Business Administration, she started Jaebee Furniture. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Female Accounts and Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Fatai Atere, Mushin &#8211; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing and monitoring of financial controls in respect of expenses, materials procurement and utilization as it affects production.<\/li>\n<li>Initial development then preparation of Management accounts and Finance Reports within the agreed timescale.<\/li>\n<li>Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports for use by senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Compliance with approved Annual Estimates (Budget) and Long Term Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and follow up production and other variance reports compare with budget (annual estimates), report and investigate variances.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly assessment and review of stocks and provisions to determine their adequacy.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly income statement for management use.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and resolve audit comments and implement workable suggestion.<\/li>\n<li>Managingthe accounts payable function<\/li>\n<li>Managingtheaccounts receivable,alerting Management about problem accounts<\/li>\n<li>Payroll processing and other associated payroll tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time-management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to grow with the company<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Accounts\/Admin Officer<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience in a furniture\/Interior company is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jaebeejobhunt@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jaebeejobhunt@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th March, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JaeBee Furniture began in response to a need.
