We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Piping &amp; Module Prefabrication Construction &amp; Quality Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Others<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contracts<br \/>\n<strong>Job Nature:<\/strong> Standard<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Collaborate with EPC Contractor to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Single point Company representative responsible for delivery and supervision of Project piping &amp; module prefabrication scopes, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Yard Safety delivery in line with Mode 2 status \u2013 Risk Analysis, JHAs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Constructability &amp; prefab sequence reviews and approval in accordance with Advanced Workpack Delivery process.<\/li>\n<li>Method Statement and JHA review, approval and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Periodic Audits e.g. HSE &amp; Delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the setup of a production line facility for pipe and support prefabrication<\/li>\n<li>Deliver prefabricated\/painted\/clean\/preserved spools and bag &amp; tagged items in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the setup of Jetty Module prefabrication.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery punchlist free Jetty 3 modules to the agreed sequence.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of Flawless &amp; Preservation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Represent Company in yard precommissioning activities: hydrotesting, flushing, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for Company Quality Control at the Prefabrication Yard:\n<ul>\n<li>Approving Quality Control Plans<\/li>\n<li>Witness and monitor work activities, inspection and test in accordance with the approved Quality Plan, ITP, Quality Procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor welding quality and NDT requirements for fabricated piping and related items<\/li>\n<li>Monitor implementation of faultless project delivery (FPD), preservation and other Build-It-Clean (BIC) initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Support QA team in the resolution of Non-conformances, audits and site instructions<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality trends to Quality Surveillance Lead and provide improvement plan if any.<\/li>\n<li>Witness \/ Participate in material Receiving Inspection at SCNL yard to identify damage or deficiencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prepare timely and comprehensive construction progress &amp; Daily reports for Prefab yard for effective communication and seamless construction delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical &amp; Materials Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Qualifications: Minimum Welding Inspection Level 1, Knowledge of NDT Techniques (RT, UT, PAUT etc.), Coatings.<\/li>\n<li>8 &#8211; 10 years post graduate experience out of which at least 5years should have been similar Mechanical \/ piping supervisory roles on a similar scale covering Quality and Construction supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amaidenenergy.com\/job\/piping-module-prefabrication-construction-quality-supervisor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>25th March, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors.
