{"id":159079,"date":"2022-03-16T08:30:24","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T07:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=159079"},"modified":"2022-03-17T06:57:46","modified_gmt":"2022-03-17T05:57:46","slug":"fadac-resources-available-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/fadac-resources-available-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Fadac Resources Available Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources has operated in Nigeria for over 10 years, and over that period, we have become market leaders in recruitment.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Recruiter<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source, screen, shortlist, recruit and candidates and contribute to related personnel requirements for new business proposals and existing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for full life cycle recruiting in accordance with company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals by attending industry networking and career events to proactively recruit candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including assisting with maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates, and guides.<\/li>\n<li>Build consultant database and networks by uploading resume generated from personal outreach and networking.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the administration of the corporate applicant tracking system for the Business Development department.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the company\u2019s table of general and specialized advertising sites\/job boards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare\/format succinct resumes and bio-sketches and staffing tables for candidate presentation at the proposal\/project level.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post job advertisements with input from project hiring managers and the recruitment team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote a culture of purpose and excellence in recruiting with the recruitment team and with all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, International relations, Development or related field.
