We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Attending conferences and industry events.<\/li>\n<li>Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle<\/li>\n<li>Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.<\/li>\n<li>Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange business meetings with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company\u2019s products\/services addressing or predicting clients\u2019 objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years of work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a business development manager or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to travel as needed.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@britproperty.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@britproperty.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>23rd March, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Proximity to Ajah is compulsory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brit Property Nigeria Limited RC1404978 is a property development company incorporated in Nigeria by Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and that the Company is limited by Shares.
