We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internet Service Provider Customer Engagement Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Osogbo &#8211; Osun, (Abeokuta, Agbara, Ota, Isheri) Ogun, Ibadan &#8211; Oyo and Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary purpose of the role The Customer Engagement Officer is responsible for coordinating a range of customer engagement and learning consumer needs, trends and ensuring these concerns are proactively taken care of by IWN in the way of products &amp; services to guarantee customer-centric experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer engagement Officers encourage customers to use their IWN products &amp; service Seek for feedbacks for continuous improvement or launch of completely novel or modified products &amp; Services<\/li>\n<li>They engage with customers in person, over the phone, or online to build professional relationships by investigating their issues and developing appropriate solutions<\/li>\n<li>Schedule customer engagement programs based on business, customer, or consumer needs<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives support the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance and support customers and collaborate with Technical teams to support the delivery of a high quality customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Promote digital adoption and learning initiatives to support customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Superb written and oral communication skills and be able communicate with people at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a telecoms or technology background would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>2 years previous B2B and B2C experience would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as a field customer service officer as this job will be predominantly out of the office<\/li>\n<li>Experience in proving Customer Service support.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of customer service software HubSpot, database and tools .<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of industry\u2019s latest technology trends and applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and to lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N60,000 &#8211; N90,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vtpassociates@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vtpassociates@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st March, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates should apply.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VTP Associates and Universal Concept Limited is a consulting firm borne from synergy of diverse professional partners with various business perspectives.
