We are currently in need of a Junior Accountant. The successful candidate must be able to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Perform a variety of general accounting support tasks
\n\u2022Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
\n\u2022Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
\n\u2022Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
\n\u2022Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Accounting degree or equivalent
\n\u2022Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
\n\u2022Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must
\n\u2022Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
\n\u2022Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles<\/p>\n
