They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Legal \/ Human Resource Lead<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare necessary legal documents for all relevant legal proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in legal proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Design and oversee the company\u2019s policy and position on legal matters.<\/li>\n<li>Protect the company against legal risks and violations.<\/li>\n<li>Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently recruiting excellent staff or delegate.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.<\/li>\n<li>Training, counselling and coaching our staff.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out necessary administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting performancereviews.<\/li>\n<li>Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Creating clear and concise reports.<\/li>\n<li>Giving helpful and engaging presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.<\/li>\n<li>Leading a team of junior human resource managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Law, Human Resources Management and\/or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in human resources or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in educating and coaching staff.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary (Probation):<\/strong><br \/>\nOpen to negotiation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The client will pay 50% of the agreed remuneration in the first month.<\/li>\n<li>The probation period is for 6 months.
