We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Manager &#8211; Planning and Forecasting, Finance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Identification:<\/strong> 1252<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> MTN Level 3<br \/>\n<strong>Job Schedule:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Senior Manager Planning and Fulfillment<br \/>\n<strong>Division:<\/strong> Finance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop and implement demand planning and management strategies<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve demand forecast<\/li>\n<li>Prepare demand plan for trading stock and assets<\/li>\n<li>Review forecasting errors and prepare resolution plan for refining errors<\/li>\n<li>Monitor forecasting performance<\/li>\n<li>Review variance analysis reports and identify corrective actions to resolve variance<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales and operational plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders and aggregate the procurement requirement<\/li>\n<li>Monitor changes to SCM related statutory, regulatory, legal compliances and update MTN checklist.\u00a0 This includes compliance with Safety Health and Environment (SHE) regulation, imports, Foreign Exchange Control Documentations (FECDs), input and output taxes and managing landed costs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop policies and procedures for implementing distribution strategy (customise to physical local conditions)<\/li>\n<li>Escalate issues that will result in significant time, scope, employee\/client or cost impact if not resolved<\/li>\n<li>Review and identify key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions<\/li>\n<li>Review performance of CoE against agreed KPIs and their compliance to SLAs and reverse SLAs<\/li>\n<li>Review reports on a monthly basis from CoE relating to progress made within the sub-division and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organization<\/li>\n<li>Participate in contract reviews; manage customer service issues with service providers and review the operations of the service providers, at intervals<\/li>\n<li>Review performance of individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance appraisal procedures and time schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First\u00a0 Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)<\/li>\n<li>CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 &#8211; 13 years\u2019 experience which includes:\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising\/managing others<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a medium to large organization<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain Management experience<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management Experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the use of Oracle applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ehle.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX\/requisitions\/preview\/1252\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>4th April, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MTN Nigeria &#8211; The leader in telecommunications in Nigeria, and a part of a diverse community in Africa and the Middle East, our brand is instantly recognisable.
