Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, Public Sector, etc.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission \/ Core Purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrative Manager is in charge of coordinating the company\u2019s administration system and general workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Context:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>(Global influences, environmental \/ industry demands, organizational mission, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>DSC\u2019s business plan<\/li>\n<li>Company Mission, Policies, Procedures and Processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core, Essential Responsibilities \/ Outputs of the position (KPA&#8217;s)<\/strong><br \/>\nAdministration &amp; Bookkeeping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is properly maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the finance team to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, travelling and training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise auxiliary staff and companies to ensure all premises comply with the standards at DSC.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular inventory counts to ensure the company always has stock of its most needed items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documentation &amp; Filing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a filing structure in the Administrative department to ensure all and immigration documents are up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing an archiving system.<\/li>\n<li>Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieving documents upon request.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Procurement &amp; Expense Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all company procurement is initiated and recorded promptly in a procurement register.<\/li>\n<li>Develop procurement strategies that are inventive, in line with procurement policy and cost-effective.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other workers to resolve discrepancies between approved expense and actual expense.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.<\/li>\n<li>Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Approve purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage the systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake such other reasonable tasks as may be assigned by your department heads and management<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibility towards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct report: Head, Operations<\/li>\n<li>DSC Management<\/li>\n<li>Employees at DSC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Requisite Certifications<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience: 3 Years<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory Experience: 2 &#8211; 3 Years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital Skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Systems &amp; Bookkeeping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google Suite tools<\/li>\n<li>Inventory &amp;
