{"id":159551,"date":"2022-03-29T08:50:30","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T07:50:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=159551"},"modified":"2022-03-29T22:16:45","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T21:16:45","slug":"tag-energy-current-job-opportunity-apply-now-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/tag-energy-current-job-opportunity-apply-now-2.html","title":{"rendered":"TAG Energy Current Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TAG Energy &#8211; Our client, a fast-growing Oil Services company, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Update job requirements, benefits and job descriptions for all positions.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, maintain and conduct staff recruiting and selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effectiveflow of information including employee opinion surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain company handbooks and manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Train new hires on company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage employees data files &amp; records.<\/li>\n<li>Track vacations and others.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and review time sheets and daily reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide continuous support to all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance of all HR files and paperwork.<\/li>\n<li>Process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees.<\/li>\n<li>Review payroll forms and reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments or corrections.<\/li>\n<li>Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related problems or questions.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and analyze payroll data, prepare related reports<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for full cycle recruitment for open positions within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine recruiting functions such as posting jobs, screening applicants, and setting up interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Works with management to plan, develop and recommend innovative recruitment strategies to accommodate current and future staffing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a contact for payroll related issues\/inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure administration of all benefit plans.<\/li>\n<li>Administer health plan including enrollments and terminations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all open enrollment periods.<\/li>\n<li>Process monthly billings from insurance providers.
