We are committed to forging long-term partnerships with our clients by creating and delivering robust and flexible services that address the changing needs of their business. <span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #1a1a1a;\">We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos\u00a0(Head\u00a0Office)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position will be responsible for administrative support in the processing of travelling and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff, documentation and updating admin files as well as arrangement for all travel-related tests at the designated laboratory.<\/li>\n<li>A summary of the role\u2019s responsibility is as follows:<\/li>\n<li>Making reservations and booking of both Local and International Flights.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging of Logistics\/Hotel and Airport protocol.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping and updating a master travelling file (international and local)<\/li>\n<li>Arrange booking confirmation from accredited labs for expatriate staff arriving in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Processing of vendors&#8217; invoices for travel and hotel related issues and following up with payments<\/li>\n<li>Handling of all admin related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Any other assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ HND in Business Administration, Economics, Law or any other discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years of experience in a reputable organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good record keeping\/document filing skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12th April, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
