We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations (Business) Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing strategic growth and management direction for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Overall administration of company processes and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any operational issues when needed<\/li>\n<li>Carry out quarterly market analysis of the business and operating environment to align for better profit.<\/li>\n<li>Plan company finances, make projections and set KPIs for the workforce.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that feedback on service delivery is reviewed and appropriate steps are taken to maintain user and customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares monthly operations reports for top management and Board of Directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in a logistics\/transport company<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative competence and ability to grow a company from infancy.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the development stages of startups, particularly in the transportation industry.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be conversant with government policies relating to the business at local, state and federal levels.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the E-hailing taxi service operations and models in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N250,000 &#8211; N300,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/hfVQYjHdXGqArTNm8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th April, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pleasure Rider is an e-hailing taxi service company that is expanding its business to other regions and currently looking for competent candidates to fill its Port-Harcourt operations.
