We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Profit Center Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire talented and experienced individuals with a minimum of 5 years&#8217; Profit Centre Manager experience to drive our personal banking, SME and consumer loan for all our branches across Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Objective(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To coordinate the activities of retail teams through effective relationship management to meet \/ surpass financial targets to drive the profit growth of the branch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure significant increase in market share within own region.<\/li>\n<li>Drive performance of the unit \u2013 liability generation and quality risk asset creation.<\/li>\n<li>Risk asset appraisal, disbursement and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective relationship building and management with new and existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Optimally exploit new and existing opportunities in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the reactivation of all inactive\/dormant accounts in the branch.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement marketing strategies to boost profit<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of account officers.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the Business Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a related field.<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 7 years relationship manager experience from a commercial bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to evaluate needs of customers and determine what products or services would best serve those needs.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communications skills (written and oral).<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and Selling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good Relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and must possess excellent networking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Economics.<\/li>\n<li>Banking operations, policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Bank\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Business development and acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing, Selling and Cross Selling.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of current business trends and CBN Regulatory laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Expect From You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High degree of professional ethics, integrity and responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised, proactive, ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with ability to work under pressure and ability to work with a wide variety of people and maintain excellent business relationship.<\/li>\n<li>High sense of confidentiality and discreteness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Should Expect From Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our corporate culture is defined by our core values.
