We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Utilities Machine Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0International Breweries &#8211; Ilesa Brewery, Osun<br \/>\n<strong>Job Requisition ID:<\/strong> 30002677<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunities exist for highly skilled and result driven Machine Specialist in our Plant located in South West Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>The successful incumbent will maintain, repair and optimize the E&amp;F plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Amongst other duties, the Machine Specialist- Utilities will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply engineering principles in assisting E&amp;F production teams to achieve optimal plant performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide line support for situational and systemic problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Execute identified process optimization initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Execute identified process capability studies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide design support for regional capital projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support the execution of regional capital projects.<\/li>\n<li>Lead small CAPIN projects in E&amp;F plants.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to process engineering trainees.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the identification and closure of E&amp;F technological gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, co-ordinate and implement improvement projects to ensure optimization of E&amp;F plant and process.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and delivering initiatives to deliver step change performance improvement and process stability in order to realize true process capability.<\/li>\n<li>All work is carried out using the VPO principles.<\/li>\n<li>Understands, Implements and Complies to the GOP requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a B.Sc. \/ HND in Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 Years as Utilities Technician<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Traits &amp; Competences Required:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep understanding of utilities plant, Process Controls and Automation, design, and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Rigorous analytical skills and ability to apply them to complex problems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop project plans and meet project deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Work on his\/her own initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wd1.myworkdaysite.com\/en-US\/recruiting\/abinbev\/NGA\/job\/International-Breweries---Ilesa-Brewery\/UTILITIES-MACHINE-SPECIALIST_30002677\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th April, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
