We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Credit and Risk Management<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head, credit and Risk management develops and implements policies and procedures that reduce credit risk in the organization.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she manages the building of financial models that predict credit risk exposure to the organization, leads\/manage initiatives and the development of strategies, methodologies and associated models\/processes for measurement of Credit Portfolio Management and periodically preparing and presenting performance reports to the management\/board members and all other necessary stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong>The Head, Credit and Risk Management will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that sound credit risk measurement and monitoring frameworks are developed and implemented throughout the group in a standardized manner.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Company&#8217;s Enterprise Risk Management Framework as well as Credit Policy Guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the credit review process for customer credit risk evaluation and credit underwriting\/ recommendation.<\/li>\n<li>Strategize, build and maintain process improvement across all roles in the Credit department<\/li>\n<li>Improve and optimized credit approval, recovery and collection processes as well as operational efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance and review the company&#8217;s Credit Policies and Standards to reflect the best practice and regulate the risk assets of the group as directed by the Board<\/li>\n<li>Spearhead the development, improvement and refinement of credit policies, procedures and strategies to enhance the company&#8217;s risk management platform<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all necessary operations, policies and procedures that will help the company meet its risk Management goals whilst managing and quantifying the organization&#8217;s risk appetite&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the subordinate staff of the department in the day to day performances of their jobs, while ensuring that departmental projects and activity milestones\/goals are met and that all operations adhere to approved policies, budgets and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Coach, supervise and mentor analysts, collections, recovery and underwriting officers for effective, efficient and optimal performances.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, manage and optimize the Credit Reporting and Monitoring framework that meets all necessary requirements of both external and internal stakeholders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.<\/li>\n<li>Review strategic credit positions, Credit Limits, levels of provisions and concentrations ensuring that they are within stipulated limits<\/li>\n<li>Conduct stress and scenario testing on the Risk Asset portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting of information from these, interpret all report information and suggest actions for consideration to and by the relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Provide requirements and design inputs, particularly with regard to credit risk recognition, measurement and its reporting as part of the core team for implementation of key credit risk related projects (e.g. Credit Management System, IFRS 9 impairment)<\/li>\n<li>Manage repayment risk and controlled payment delinquency significantly reducing it<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparation and presentation of the information pack for Board Risk Committee<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to system implementation projects in the credit risk space by providing requirements and design inputs, particularly with regard to credit risk recognition and measurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a BA \/ BSc \/ HND, MBA \/ MSc \/ MA or PHD<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 10-15 Years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@conceptgroup-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@conceptgroup-ng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>13th May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rosabon Financial Services Limited &#8211; Award winning Rosabon Financial Services is a member of the Concept Group.
