TruckNG enables efficient management and supervision of all operations via a user-friendly digital logistics platform. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Factory Manager (Production)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a production manager, you&#8217;ll oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. You&#8217;ll need to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and draw up a production schedule<\/li>\n<li>Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate<\/li>\n<li>Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Set the quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed<\/li>\n<li>Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes<\/li>\n<li>Organise the repair of any damaged equipment<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Work with managers to implement the company&#8217;s policies and goals<\/li>\n<li>Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate a team of workers<\/li>\n<li>Review worker performance and identify training needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@truck.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@truck.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>10th May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TruckNG\u00a0is simplifying the landscape of trucking and transportation of goods through a digital logistics platform.
