We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Channel Sales Manager &#8211; Golden Outlets<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Code:\u00a0<\/strong>JR000109<br \/>\n<strong>Level:<\/strong> Grade 6<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Sales \/ Commercial<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department Strategic Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the delivery of customer and field sales business objectives towards the achievement of overall business objectives and growth agenda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the sales strategy to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned outlets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsible To:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zonal Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsible For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agency staff at golden outlets<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to influence, inspire and drive performance without having direct management responsibility for distributor staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context \/ Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan; demonstrating industry leadership in both volume driving &amp; brand building activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the top weighted Golden outlets in the territory \u2013 sell in and the delivery of products<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment of new outlets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of MSL in the outlets<\/li>\n<li>Effective promo management in the assigned outlets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Joint Business Reviews with the outlets<\/li>\n<li>Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Measurement \/ Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Target vs. Actual monthly\/yearly performance (sell-In) KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Agreed coverage plans<\/li>\n<li>Achieve secondary sales target<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of weighted distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Internal &amp; External Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zonal Manager<\/li>\n<li>Marketing \/ Sales \/ Channel \/ Supply Chain \/ Finance \/ HR team<\/li>\n<li>Customers<\/li>\n<li>Agency staff<\/li>\n<li>PZ Marketing &amp; Sales network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience Needed:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experiences: (What experience brings success to this role):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Direct experience of PZ Cussons Way of selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge: (What does the person need to know):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of business objectives and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced driver with valid license<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Field Sales Management and Market Intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>PZ Cussons Leadership competencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional or Technical \/ Business Skills: (What can the holder do):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial Acumen &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>Customer Management &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation Skills &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>In Market Execution &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>Selling Skills &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>Sales Drivers &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>Channel Strategy &#8211; Emerging<\/li>\n<li>Communication \/ Interpersonal skills &#8211; Developed<\/li>\n<li>IT Skills &#8211; Developed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pzcussons.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/CareersPZCussons\/job\/Channel-Manager-Lagos-Central---Golden-Outlets_JR000109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PZ Cussons is a dynamic consumer products group and innovator of some of the world&#8217;s best known and loved brands.
