We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Apprentice<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ilesa Brewery, Osun<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 30012224<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity exists for Apprenticeship Program. The scheme is a structured 18 &#8211; 20 months program which is designed to address the acquisition of technical skills and experience for Ordinary National Diploma pupils as well as familiarize them with the company culture and principles.<\/li>\n<li>The rigor of the program should ensure that an individual that has completed the program can be allocated an area of responsibility immediately.<\/li>\n<li>The scheme is primarily a hands-on, self-study program where the Apprentice is expected to gain a full understanding of the theory, principles and operation of Mechanical, Electrical and Controls &amp; Automation\/Mechatronics knowledge across our 4 Breweries in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in projects in Packaging, Brewing &amp; Utilities departments as required<\/li>\n<li>Acquire the an in-depth knowledge of the company\u2019s Management System (VPO)<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic Problem-Solving competencies using tools and systems stipulated by the management pillar block<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosis of systemic and situational problems and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Communication of learnings and solutions across various levels of the business<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional Team working abilities<\/li>\n<li>Has an Autonomous mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The occupant of this position should possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics<\/li>\n<li>Trained with a Technical &amp; Industrial Institutions is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be between 18 to 24 years of age<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The apprentice position is a permanent role on a band XI-B<\/li>\n<li>More of hands-on activity\/On The Job (OTJ) training<\/li>\n<li>Assessments will be carried out<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates at the end of the program will be posted to any location based on the business need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wd1.myworkdaysite.com\/en-US\/recruiting\/abinbev\/NGA\/job\/International-Breweries---Ilesa-Brewery\/APPRENTICE_30012224\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>29th April, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AB InBev is the world&#8217;s leading brewer.
