We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We urgently need an experienced Sales Manager to head and supervise the sales department at our Abuja and Lagos branches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results<\/li>\n<li>Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products<\/li>\n<li>Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/li>\n<li>Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met<\/li>\n<li>Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition<\/li>\n<li>Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals<\/li>\n<li>Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company&#8217;s relationship with them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ B.Eng \/ B.Tech in Civil \/ Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered based on attributes and experience.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years relevant work experience in Sales, out of which 2 must have been spent in a managerial capacity in a manufacturing or construction company<\/li>\n<li>Must possess leadership and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@armorsilwa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@armorsilwa.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Armorsil West Africa Limited is a subsidiary of Armorsil USA, a multinational manufacturer of specialty construction chemicals.
