We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Implementation Consultant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are recruiting an implementation consultant who will be responsible for implementing Asseco\u2019s enterprise technology solutions at large organizations within the region. Involvement is from solution design, architecture, implementation, solution testing and go-live phases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the Asseco Nigeria finance team in charge of the company\u2019s revenue collection, cost control, cash-flow, fundraising, bank relationships as well as other finance functions.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing investor pitch and taking part in presentations of the company\u2019s business to prospective investors and\/or financiers.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing quarterly financial and business reports to the Board and to Asseco Group, in accordance with Asseco Groups, standards and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for strategic planning around resource allocation and the development of a model to support the company\u2019s growth.<\/li>\n<li>Taking executive decisions with Management in terms of the company\u2019s financial position, treasury and cash-flow management.<\/li>\n<li>Securing funding of the company\u2019s business and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the relationship with the company\u2019s banks, lenders and other financial partners.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the company\u2019s ERP, invoicing and other financial control systems, policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the finance function and services performed.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the company\u2019s filing, archiving and bookkeeping system.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and handles the relationship with the company\u2019s accountants and auditors for efficient and speedy reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Networking with investors, banks, and financial institutions in order to maximize their value proposition for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Managing own diary in order to organize and prioritize monthly, weekly, and daily goals.<\/li>\n<li>Actively contributing to regular and adhoc meetings and updating Executive Management.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a leader, manager, and mentor to the Finance team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MA \/ M.Sc. or higher University Degree in Finance, Business Administration and\/or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 10 years of successful work experience in an investment fund, bank and\/or in the finance function of a reputable IT company.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have a good understanding of the software industry and technology trends.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak foreign languages is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Readiness to travel locally and internationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years experience in a fast-paced financial institution (preferably investment fund) or in the finance function of an IT company.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a university degree or equivalent.
