They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Vice President &#8211; Financial Services Institution<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Chief Commercial Officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>As Vice President Sales \u2013 FSI, a typical day might include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboard new Clients within the FSI sector.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and drive FSI sector strategy and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy use cases for FSI sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively conduct business focused discussions and reviews with clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the account and develop activation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Adequately represent the business during relevant networking events \/ workshops with the FSIs<\/li>\n<li>Drive proposals on the Enterprise SaaS opportunity within the bank.<\/li>\n<li>3x Pipeline on monthly revenue target.<\/li>\n<li>Drive connected events within the FSI sector.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully utilize the understanding of the business\u2019 platform\/product offering businesses to provide active insight and support to the Chief Revenue Officer\/ COO.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Function as the dedicated point of contact for all FSI accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Address and resolve key clients\u2019 complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients\u2019 needs are met.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client&#8217;s long-term goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure successful customer onboarding from sales to fulfillment of customer KPIs or objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree required (minimum 2:1) preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience as an Account Manager in FSI sector.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>MBA will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of the Financial Services Sector as well as the general FinTech Ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and business development skills; preferably hands-on experience with of sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\u2019s success<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate and develop teams in a positive manner.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker but with a focus on solving the problems at hand.<\/li>\n<li>Commercially minded \u2013 able to dig into the business, understand drivers, engage, and probe the teams on how to grow the business plus proffer ideas to that end.<\/li>\n<li>Multitask and manage competing priorities and deliver to strict time deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Right balance between detail oriented and focus on the bigger picture.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present to and liaise with an international board and investors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Market segment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in key account management \/ Corporate sales within the banking sector<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a high-velocity, high performance environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Tech products.<\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@gusconsulitng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@gusconsulitng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GUS Consulting Limited\u00a0 &#8211; Our client is Africa\u2019s fastest-growing enterprise technology company.
