Our objectives are to assist organizations to achieve their growth aspirations by providing market intelligence, strategy formulation and implementation expertise and business operation improvement skills.\u00a0Our client currently needs an Account Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the job descriptions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Preparation and Reconciliation of Logs and Invoices:<br \/>\n-SMS Website<br \/>\n-Shortcodes<br \/>\n-IVR<br \/>\n\u2022Preparation of Monthly Reports:<br \/>\n-Budget<br \/>\n-Sales reports<br \/>\n-Bank Transactions<br \/>\n-Profit and loss<br \/>\n-Debtors and creditors<br \/>\n-Client Revenue<br \/>\n\u2022Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Financial Report<br \/>\n-Profit and loss report<br \/>\n-Balance Sheet report<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain all statutory payments &amp; receipts.<br \/>\n\u2022Prepare Salary budget and pay slip for the month.<br \/>\n\u2022Disbursing the petty cash.<br \/>\n\u2022Record Keeping and Documentation: Must ensure that both soft copy (excel, emails etc.) and hardcopies and, or any other form of accounting coupons, vouchers, etc. are duly signed and documented.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure a working route for the collection of outstanding payments.<br \/>\n\u2022Documents financial transactions by entering account information.<br \/>\n\u2022Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.<br \/>\n\u2022Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.<br \/>\n\u2022Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.<br \/>\n\u2022Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.<br \/>\n\u2022Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.<br \/>\nMaintains financial security by following internal controls.<br \/>\n\u2022Performs other related work as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n4-5 years post NYSC experience<br \/>\nInterested and Qualified candidates are to send CVs to: <strong>contact@gvapartners.com<\/strong><br \/>\nDeadline: 13th July 2012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Growth in Value Alliance (GV Alliance) Partners is a business advisory and market intelligence services firm.
