We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type: <\/strong>Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary \/ Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/she ist o ensure that all the business processes in the company are in compliance with all regulatory and management laid down policies \/ procedures.<\/li>\n<li>The operating process includes assessing all areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective these departments has been at implementing its controls into practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly review of payment and commission to clients<\/li>\n<li>Weekly confirmation of completeness and accuracy of transactions posted into IES<\/li>\n<li>Weekly audit routine checks of the accounts department and branches<\/li>\n<li>Monthly review of all posting into IES to ascertain correctness<\/li>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive audit of branches and head office departments at least twice a year<\/li>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive audit of IT department at least once a quarter<\/li>\n<li>Prompt report of all anomalies and deviations with recommendations to the head of department<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on audit findings and recommendations to the head of internal audit and compliance immediately after each review<\/li>\n<li>Review the administration&#8217;s department\u2019s process to confirm compliance with set standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of flies\/records for audit memos and other documents<\/li>\n<li>Monthly review of petty cash positions for the branches and head office accounts<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly review of bank reconciliation statements<\/li>\n<li>Regular review of assets record and maintenance schedule<\/li>\n<li>Review all admin department\u2019s purchases to ensure economy and efficient utilization of approved money<\/li>\n<li>Tracking branch outstanding premium and reporting to the head of department for necessary actions<\/li>\n<li>Review and reporting all pending transactions to the head of department for necessary actions<\/li>\n<li>Check all underwriting files on weekly basis to confirm proper documentations<\/li>\n<li>Confirm AML\/CFT policies by all within the company<\/li>\n<li>Weekly review of marketing activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly review of all the activities of claims unit and report deviations to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 4 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:mustangconsultant@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mustangconsultant@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using \u201dInternal Auditor\u201d as the subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jubaili Agrotec Limited was established in 2002 in Nigeria, which acquired since then a leading position in the market.
