We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Capital Personnel<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to HR policies and procedures including: employee relations, recruitment, benefits and the health and safety program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting recruitment\/exit interviews and recording them accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating newcomers joining formalities<\/li>\n<li>Manage and update employee records<\/li>\n<li>Filing documents<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the success of the company\u2019s recruitment &amp; selection process<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing &amp; updating job descriptions for all positions regularly<\/li>\n<li>Assists in coordination of training programs<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and explaining the organization&#8217;s HR policies to the employees<\/li>\n<li>Handling administration of all contract labor.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters\/documents\/certificates\/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management<\/li>\n<li>Handling all employee enquiries &amp; grievances.<\/li>\n<li>Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules &amp; compliance guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Line:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You report to the General Manager and Human Resources Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources.
