Ama-Zuma Services Limited is the first of the three companies and was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited company on the 13th of April 2005, with RC No. 0019499. In its modest period of existence, the company has excelled in the field of Electro-Mechanical Installations, Telecommunication Engineering, Sales &amp; Comprehensive Maintenance of Generators of various capacities. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abule Egba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The internal Auditor is expected to Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; preparing for audits by conducting appropriate research; preparing and distributing draft reports to the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain andanalyseand evaluate accounting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports that reflect audit\u2019s results and document process.<\/li>\n<li>Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.<\/li>\n<li>Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct follow up audits to monitor management\u2019s interventions.<\/li>\n<li>Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector\u2019s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure physical control of assets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monthly check of cash and bank reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Check and confirm approvals and authorization of funds.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and update internal audit manual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Job competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>6 or 8 years relevant experience in Auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi task and work under presure.<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and stress management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and execute task effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Chartared Accountant.<\/li>\n<li>Must have ICAN Qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in microsoft office skills(microsoft office word excel power point,outlook Accounting software package Sage, Evolution,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;INTERNAL AUDITOR&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ama-Zuma Group was established on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence.
