We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Investment Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales of company\u2019s financial products<\/li>\n<li>Initiate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule follow-up calls to publicize company products, current promotions and discounts.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and exploit business opportunities by extensive research on prospects and their businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and individual design and recommend tailor-made investment solutions to current and prospective clients based on client need analysis<\/li>\n<li>Organize, promote and sell all investment products through locked-in contacts ; strengthening established relationships through marketing calls<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within stated time frame<\/li>\n<li>Keep and maintain accurate log of all scheduled market calls, customer\/client engagement status, and customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyze reports on client interest and need analysis, innovative solutions (products), competitive activities, and feasibility market survey to management.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and forging sustainable relationships with customers by providing support and guidance role function<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend new industry opportunities and service improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous self-development by maintaining professional and technical knowledge and adopting constructive manager feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring quality assurance in identifying product improvements and new products in cognizance with industry trends, market activities, and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Continuous education on the benefits of savings and investing in the business to prospective and current clients<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to the organization standards and benchmarking to state-of-the-art sales or marketing practices<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deploy individual and team strategies to bolster sustainable sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3 years marketing experience in micro finance\/investment companies is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management, interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet and\/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient use of PowerPoint for client presentation<\/li>\n<li>Females are strongly advised to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@rich-oak.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@rich-oak.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Investment Officer&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st May, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rich-Oak Investment and Business Advisory Limited is a leading financial company.
